Don't rely on others to get it done

Dont' rely on other people to get things done for you. Can i just be frank here? I mean you have to understand something. You NEED people to get things done for you, but their goals and dreams are not YOUR goals and dreams...and they may not be as enthusiastic as you may be about a particular project. If you have a deadline or a project and you are working on, and you have people working on something for you, just make sure they are on page with what you are trying to do. If you can, do it your self...but if you need to hire some one to do something for you make sure they get it done.
